Rakesh, you are the first person to oppose my idea in a civil manner. A couple of guys in the forum supported the idea, but you are the first one to oppose it in a decent way. I wish IV core and other senior members show at least 50% your decency.

I have 3 yrs degree + 1 yr PG diploma. I have been working in industry for past 17 years, and don't think any degree or even doctorate would add much to my qualification for the job that I am doing.
I am currently filed in EB3 category, and new company I am changing job to are ready to refile my GC. But they won't file my GC in EB2 category, as I don't meet the 4 yr BS requirement.

I couldn't really find any information about the appeal process on the LC once it is denied. the ironic thing is that my first LC was approved then after I got promoted to a senior position and applied for a second LC, the 2nd LC was denied because they think there is no difference between the 1st and 2nd position. does the DOL have an automatic system that processes the LC and that why it coudn't see the difference between the 2 positions??

Unfortunately, whenever I bring up this topic I get no support from anyone. I don't think people waiting to file I-485 realize that possible wait times could range from 5,6 years to even a 20 ! Your are definitely a EB2 worth candidate. A company willing to support you and a good attorney is all you want. There are plenty who have qualified for EB2 with these qualifications.
Instead of MS, look for a good consultancy or a perm job which will do the trick for you. I do know/understand that it is hard to get consulting jobs and maintaining visa's for family members but look at the bright side, labor nowadays takes only about 3 weeks and 140 if you apply through PP, then you are talking 2 weeks again. You have a possibility to get out of this mess.

After what happened with June VB Other workers (rejecting without any announcement based on internal memo), USCIS/DOS tried to cover their ASSes (with a BIG hole in the cover right in the middle) this time by revising the VB with announcement from both agencies.

My lawyer filed my I-485 in Texas (Dallas). It was delivered on July 2nd at 10:33 am.
Now I am worried if he filed it at the wrong place. I read online that its ok to file at either TSC or NSC till July 30. Is that correct? Can someone please confirm??
Also will the application now be transferred internally from TSC to NSC???
