Its illegal for an employer to charge for H1B. You cannot expect employee to know and enforce the law. Employers know its illegal to charge money and in this case his employer is in violation of law.

There could be some truth in that. Last month a friend of mine returned from India with AP and he said most of the questions they asked were about the current employer. They had asked stuff like do you still work for this same employer, what do you do? how finacially stable are they etc.
My friend still works for the same employer so I don't know what would happen if you answer No to that question.

It seems like e-file applications are getting approved faster because these 14, 25 days are not matching with current I-131 processing times shown in the webpage.

I beg to differ.. My PA DL is based on my Work Visa, hence it expires on the day my visa expires.. I tried to renew online and the system said since you are not a citizen u have to go to the DL Center for a renewal... Maybe your DL is from the time you were student or otherwise...

As travelled much between Asia countrys, no much time staying is US office although I based here. Yes, my English is poor and broken but this is not a fake story, make no sense for me. When cops knock out your room, handcuff your hands on the back, force you stay down at the corner , if you could keep calm and state very clearly. I can only show my respect but unfortunately I did not make it. This is my first time. :( Should be the last time either.
Now the negative point is mostly from my statement, no matter whether you believe, the attorney told me drag with anger is battery. we think that's okay does not mean it is okay on the law. So I wish you guys be careful on this kind of play around to avoid any trouble. I was very disappointed at infopass five months ago for 140. The person did not even know the difference between EB2 and EB3. So, I am reluctant to waste any further time. My job keeps me traveling out of town 3 days a week.
Fingerprinting for my EAD was in June08, spouse and daughter in Sep07. Is there a separate Biometrics required for 485? How do I find out about NC clearance? Thanks for your help.
