Apparently, no movement for EB3 ROW from November 2006 - April 2007:

In May 2007, it jumped to 01AUG03. I hope that there will be a movement in Jan 2009, Feb 2009 VB but looking at the trends it doesn't smee like there will be any.

I am pretty new to the forum. I thought you must be helpful answering my questions because attorneys in my company provided are not helpful.
My attorneys filed Labor with the missing job information like in the allien job experience section. i saw the the current job start date is wrong then the job 2 is put with the wrong dates. Job 3 is not there. I got a audit as ******** is my attorney as special audit. when I contacted they said its electronically filed then can't change. They will take care in later stage.Then THE LABOR IS CERTIFIED. Now I see nothing has been taken care. they are filing I-140.
Now my question is if i get RFE in I-140 in future and I send the experience letters obviously which will be different date( as labor is approved with aliens wrong info in experince).
PLEASE members let me know the complication.. am getting really worried..Let me know what to do.

U.S. Immigration Law contains restrictions that bar entry to people forever, for virtually any youthful indiscretion they have ever had, e.g. simple possession of a marijuana 20 years ago, without regard to whether or not you were actually convicted of the crime! You do not even need to have been convicted; the fact that you admit you did it will also get you barred from entry. It will be subjective of the examining officer...he could choose to deny the 140, issue an RFE or may even just ignore it...

To best of my knowledge, a person on EAD (probably not the primary candidate) can work for anyone.. It can be City, State, Federal or McDonald's at any position, part time or full time, provided the job does not involve any government classified information. Jobs involving classified information are only for citizens that too after proper background check.
Primary candidate might work for the government i.e. if job requires skills that citizens don't have and that group has a policy of filing H1's..

I am in a complicated situation...
Approved labor (PD 2003 EB2) from company A (not employed with them). Filed 140 and 485 (self as primary and wife as dependent). Ability to pay RFE on 140 and then denial on 140 and 485. Currently, appealed the decision because needed to get H1 extension and case has reopened. My wife (with company B) had her 140 approved (EB3 with PD 2006) and so after the July bulletin filed for 485 (her as primary and me as dependent) because my case seeemed a little dicy.
So we both have multiple 485's filed (although the first one since the decision is not final on 140 technically they might not have started considering the 485). Read multiple places that legally you can have only one 485 approved but could have multiple 485 pending and withdraw the other once anyone has been approved. Is this true? or you CANNOT even have two 485 pending?What is the best thing for me do do right now?

I had a Biometrics/FP appointment today @ 8:00 AM at the San Antonio
Application Service Center. I showed up at 7:58 AM. At 8:00 AM, a
staff member opened the door and yelled out that people with 8:00 and
9:00 AM appointments should step forward and a lot of people in the
line raced to the front. I did not.
I got in at 8:03 AM and was handed an information sheet to be filled
out. 8:08 AM, I was done completing the data sheet. At 8:10 AM, I went
to get my token and the service rep looked at the Drivers License
photo and my photo and told me that I don't look like "sw33t".
Luckily, I had my passport with me and he inspected my fingers after
which he gave me a token and waved me through.
I didn't even have to sit and the FP service agent called out my token
number and I went straight in.
8:11 AM - This was the process -
a. Left hand - all four fingers
b. Left hand - thumb
c. Right hand - all four fingers
d. Right hand - thumb
e. Left hand - Each individual finger starting off with the thumb.
f. Right hand - Each individual finer starting off with the thumb.
He stamped my application with the QC stamp, asked me about the
service and filled out the service report card on his own and asked me
to drop it off at the box.
I came out and went straight to my car and checked the time on my cell
phone - 8:16 AM.
18 minutes - I think I set a new record.
HTH. I haven't checked to see if the LUD was updated.

My company is a private company and I was given some stock options with very few stocks that I have exercised. I will really appreciate your response.

By holding a share you are only investing in that company you have certain rights as a share holder but not enough to be considered an owner (like a restaurent owner for example). Yes, you can use it for multiple entries (The I-512L should say "this is valid for multiple entries" or something to that effect). But, please be prepared to answer the questions (if any) on what is the necessity to travel on an AP 3 times within the year. If it is on business, that is perfectly within the stated rule. But, if it is vacation, you may be questioned (that is dependent on the individual officer).

If I file my I-485 during the next 2 weeks and assuming the super number of filings, what is an approximate date for fingerprinting. My wife has to visit India for her sister's marriage in Oct-Nov time frame.
