I was looking at the web site and I noticed that most of those stories can be special and unique cases and there is no research or studies to back up the claims in notcanada.com. This makes me think maybe this web site is sponsored by people in Canada who wants to stop legal immigration to their country by publishing in the web site these stories. Some of these stories happen to all immigrants in all countries: in Europe, US, Australia, Gulf countries, etc.. .and maybe Canada too but thy are not specific to canada. if you go to any countries with high immigrants number, you will see cases of people who failed to succeed but it doesn't mean that all the cases are like that.
so before you believe the stories in notcanada.com think about the people who sponsor the web site and their agenda, maybe they just want to scare immigrants away from coming to Canada. BTW its taking anywhere between 52-65 weeks to get Canadian PR now. They process ur initial application after 52 weeks only and any time taken on top of it is extra..

I am using DOS visa statistics and I arrived at EB quota numbers for 2008 as 162,707. There were 22,707 unused FB visa's in 2007 based on the DOS visa statistics @ http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/statistics/statistics_1476.html

If people feel USCIS must know about EB1 fraud or other stuff, there are enough people to write to them and if people want to write to USCIS - no one stops them from writing.
As such, so many people write about different things - people write about eb2 - people write about consulting companies etc... So if you wish to do what you want to do you can do it.
Remember - when you make a claim that someone is falsfying or breaking law you must present facts and explain properly as to why you think it is not right and why you think you are affected by this.
Now when you do this - someone can definitely write why they think what YOU are doing is not right and why there are issues with your application.

A lot of EB2 folks are getting excited about getting the spillover from EB1 and EB2 ROW but has anyone contemplated that lots of EB3 ROWs will now start at looking at porting their dates to EB2 just as most people from EB3 India are?

When one person suggests any initiative( flower campaign, call campaign, letter campaign etc.) more 20 people hammer him or her and spend their full energy in proving how suggested idea will not work. Next time the guy does not even think about suggesting anything. On top of that some will come up with their line" Have you contributed, If not then do that first".Our lack of unity will keep us here for a long time to come. In coming months and years, some people will lose interest, stop visiting this site and move on. Second: Fragomen, the largest immigration law firm, on its website mentions the mid-month possibility; so while there is no government source, the whole topic cannot be dismissed as an unfounded rumor.
