The American political system is stands on three pillars; Judiciary, Legislative (Congress), and Executive (President). They have checks and balance on each others. Congress enact bills, president can veto or pass it. Supreme Court is evaluating this passed bill whether it violate the constitute? If it violate the constitute, Supreme Court can be overruled that bill at any time (even if it was passed by Congress and the President).
Constitute says Non-discrimination based on race, sex, country of origin etc. If some one prove in supreme court that per-country quota for Employment based and Family based immigration is violating the constitutional right, Supreme court can overrule this law of per-country quota. It is worth to take advise of expert attorney.

Ron has been speculating successfully for some time, how ever there have been times when he has been out of touch.
I was following his post, and he was a strong believer that EB2 retrogressed cannot get the visa's before EB2WW becomes current, even after it was categorically stated in the bulltien/and confirmed by googler on IV.
He himself contacted the person in DOS and only after he was specifically told that EB2 retrogressed gets the visas before EB3, is when he changed his stand.
He also predicted that EB2 would not move much in august 08, where as clearly it has.

There is the freedom to change jobs and apply for a new TN each time. There is no 6 year or any sort of time cap - TN can be renewed indefinitely..a TN only costs $50 to renew for each year and can be filed without an attorney by mail. No need to physcially go anywhere.
Drawbacks.
1. Spouses/Dependents get TD which is as restrictive as H4
2. There is a fixed list of professions and minimum education qualifications that you/your intended employment HAVE to satisfy to qualify for a TN. Experience cannot be used to substitute lack of education..

One fine day (of course relaized that was worst day) My kid is playing at the play ground and I saw one Indian couple was walking towards the ground. I was so excited (offcourse later exploited) that atleat my will get some company. He spoke to me nice and I introduced my wife. I gave my phone number ...
After 3 -4 days I got a call !!!! He said, one of his friend (big shot) is retiring this evening, if you guys can join, The Saga continued ..
We all went then I relaized that it is Quix !! I couldn't get rid of them for 3,4 months (Offcourse I am new to US that time). But atlast we told them we can not do ... Even after that he used to call us for atleast do this ... you don't need to do any thing we all take care of it.etc.
