Let's say, I am not able to do that. But, do you suspect that they might APPROVE my 485 BEFORE my PD gets current? If they don't then, I am in no trouble, isn't that right? The onus lies on you to do the needful not US Government or IV. I have known people who left their well established career to take care of their folks. You are looking for the solution to your problem on this message board, however you need not look this far. Enough said.

We are here because of our good parents. Forgetting them is most disrespect we do in life.
If we don't care our parents, when we become older(parents) how will our kids will care us?.

I agree with you totally. Being patient is a good way to take this. I have seen this happening at my work place too. But until we get GC we have to learn to handle this. We are 16 desi's in my company and my managers says that many "co-workers" are jealous as it seems that we are taking their jobs

There is definitely something missing here. You are either not saying the complete truth, OR your wife is not supporting you, OR you are suspecting that she will testify against you.

I am currently filed in eb3 category, and new company i am changing job to are ready to refile my gc. But they won't file my gc in eb2 category, as i don't meet the 4 yr bs requirement.
My son will be in the highschool in 4 years, and i don't want to spend a lot of money on getting ms to myself. But for the gc i am looking for fastest and cheapest way to get ms program. I have no idea how it works, what qualifies me for a degree, what can i get credits for. Any inputs would be appreciated.

I wish it was so easy. USCIS cannot just do fixes on their own. Getting the administration to support us and get some fixes is what IV is working on.
I wish more people had come to the advocacy event. They would have seen first hand what amount of hard work has been put in. The kind of commitment and personal sacrifices members have put in to not only get the ball rolling on the admin fixes but also building relationships on the hill.
I dont disagree with you. But I was just telling an admin fix that could be pissble and bring releief to lots of people who really need it.

Exactly! This person is making her parents go back and forth every six months, but wont consider moving back home and post such stupid questions and asks why don't create a new visa category?? Ask her if she will go meet lawmakers for this??
