Yes, USCIS works backwards, dont you see, mar 2005 is still waiting while May 2006 getting approved? There is no pattern even to the approval statuses, god only knows how they work.

How long does it take to receive RFE letter by mail? Can we get a copy of RFE letter at the InfoPass appointment. I don't have patience anymore to wait. At least they can tell us what the RFE is about on the phone. These guys are trying my patience.

My lawyer tried calling USCIS to find out the details and they mentioned they are still processing the July 2nd cases and application are stored in 4 different warehouses.
According to her at this point we can do nothing but wait until they finish processing all the application.

CADude and others... maybe your efforts are paying off. What I learned in this process is that have faith in your application filing. If everything is fine you'll definitely get the receipts. It may be either next week or in 2 weeks.
Couple of things...
1) Calling USCIS is useless...
2) Look for checks for cashed....
3) Keep in touch with our pending group. I gives you support and motivation.

However, the court also recognizes that there is no
precise formula for determining whether there has been
an unreasonable delay. Instead, "[w]hat constitutes an
unreasonable delay in the context of immigration

Doesn't the above constitute discrimination and illegal ? What recourse do we have when we are disqualified because of EAD ?

VO doesnt keep your passport if a via not issued at the time of the interview . He gives it back after the interview. Once you receive the email , you have to go the VFS office and then had in the passport.

IV has just now got a green light from our lobbyists. We need to start calling now.
Someone please consolidate all information and create a campaign for this. Now is the time to follow up with anybody on the full committee with whom we have previously met or been in contact. Don�t call people who are already cosponsors. Only select people in the committee that are not co-sponsors. Someone please consolidate all information and create a campaign for this. Now is the time to follow up with anybody on the full committee with whom we have previously met or been in contact. Don�t call people who are already cosponsors. Only select people in the committee that are not co-sponsors.
