That is not an issue You can freely go. Almost no questions about job when using AP. I used it 3 times so far. f some one randomly asks, may be you can mention that you used AC21.

I never travelled out of US during this time.
Now I will be working at a client site, which is different from the employer's address. Just want to know if there could be any issues?
Or is it advisable to not go to India until GC comes... which could be infinite number of years...

Just talked to my lawyer..he said even if we win the case...eligibility is based on the court order...court order may allow every one or only limited people who are in the class action...and in murthy.com they clearly mentioned that, USCIS MAY look at the apllications very closely who are in the class action....who wants that..

With your 485 application packet, you need to attach proof of your 140 application.
You can switch to EAD after you get EAD (which may or may not happen within 6 months of applying for 485 and EAD). 6 months after you apply for 485, you can switch employer with out negative consequences to your 485.

I have just kept GC out of the equation for anything I do in my life. Buying a house was a personal choice and I could afford one - so just went ahead and did it. If I have to leave the country for good due to some immigration related bs, my lender can suck it up :D

You mean to say sell US real estate for GC/citizenship? I don't see this going very far. I can see anti immigrants waiting for this one. Best is to lobby using aides of big corporations, developing relationship with lobbyists who already have connections, hiring lawyers, developing strong case, donations in election campaigns etc. All of this needs loads and loads of money. I'm surprised, how come IV is not aggressively pursuing this. What better way to help everyone here. If they want to address the fundamental issues they certainly can, but this the immediate focus and like quota recapture, will provide immediate relief to decades long wait for applicants!

i have 3 yrs degree + 1 yr pg diploma. I have been working in industry for past 17 years, and don't think any degree or even doctorate would add much to my qualification for the job that i am doing.
I am currently filed in eb3 category, and new company i am changing job to are ready to refile my gc. But they won't file my gc in eb2 category, as i don't meet the 4 yr bs requirement.
My son will be in the highschool in 4 years, and i don't want to spend a lot of money on getting ms to myself. But for the gc i am looking for fastest and cheapest way to get ms program. I have no idea how it works, what qualifies me for a degree, what can i get credits for. Any inputs would be appreciated.
