1. If a Receipt Number is issued for a I-485, does it necessarily mean that the case won't outright be rejected for a missing document/ evidence, but instead an RFE will be issued?
2. When a receipt number is issued for a I-485, and if we send out the missing document/initial evidence using the allocated A#, is there a good likelihood that the evidence/document will make it to the appropriate file?
Answers to these will help make a decision on filing multiple I-485's where the first I-485 missed some initial evidence.

people who try to make quick money in couple of years by investing in house is ............... It is better to go and try it out in Las Vegas how lucky you are in making money instead of trying it out in real estate market with the span of 1-2 years in mind.
Even if someone wants to make quick money, here are the few tips. Also these tips are tips and not guidelines.
0. Know your limits. If you earn 100K, your buying power by thumb rule is 300K. So on saferside start searching with the range of 250K-260K. VERY IMPORTANT RULE.

Guys, Are we sure that Fedex will not deliver on saturday or sunday, what will happen if they deliver, nobody will be at USCIS to accept right, so it will still be opened only on monday ?
IUnless id you selected Saturday delivery as special service Fedex wont deliver it on saturday . USICS is sure closed on saturday unless the mail room guy wants some overtime( assume he was a contractor as USICS is employing more contractor these days for the sorting work) and comes on saturday

My lawyer only asked for the W2 ans tax returns for the last two years. I think the latest two to three years shall be sufficient unless USCIS asks for all specifically.
Are there any instructions specifically asking for W2s and returns for all years of your stay ? or every one is including all they have just to be safe.

I wonder what additional legislation he is talking about here. Was there anything new we know about? If consultation means finding the intent of congress I wonder how much of it is BS.

My Point is more long term - in the shorter term no major change can happen to economy even if Barack wins but eventually Economy would be stronger under Barack's leadership. He also stressed that he would stop "JOBS BEING SHIPPED OVERSEAS" which means companies like TATA or INFY or some Chinese company taking my Job ( or any American's Job ) away from US to INDIA or CHINA. If you are planning a future in US - you would not want your US job taken away by your brother at INDIA or CHINA and Barack will make sure that doesn't happen.
The Bottonline is he will create tons of Jobs at US , so unemployment will be very low , average peoples will be happy and however loud ANTI-IMMIGRANTS scream and shout no AMERICAN will pay attention. I too had similar thoughts.. why would CIS/DOS stop keeping buffers? Is there any particular reason? Once they complete all 7/2007 applications I think it makes sense to move the date for a few months so they can accept applications. Also, remember there will be new monthly quota getting allocated to all categories. So to use those numbers should they not be progressing dates?
