Spouse labor priority date is 06/2007 EB2, I-140 needs to be applied.

I am going to check with my wife lawyer on Monday and its well reputed law firm.
Since we both have stable jobs i am probably going to opt for my I-485 which has been already been filed and just file I-140 for my wife's case. Any thoughts ?

Today is my day. After 13 years into this country, finally I am green. I tried SR, Senator help, infopass without much help. 2 days ago when called, Texas POJ, one nice IO told me case is not yet assigned to officer, will send email, looks like worked this time. Approach the consulate with your email, and they might give you a questionnaire to fill up. It must be regarding some additional documents being required.

Please post any document where USCIS admit that they are working with July 2nd cases. I didn't get any document in USCIS website. May be i missed ? Or Well Officially they are telling that they are working with July end/August start filers but CSR Level 1 says in phone. bla bla. :D

DOS cannot move that further (years) under the quota. Jan. 2007 could be the max DOS can move in May bulletin

2) If they are not available leave a VM for them -

As you may already know that this is a bi-partisan bill with wide bipartisan support in the house and will help improve American competitiveness & reduce the back logs associated with USCIS. This bill is non controversial measures that will help US to stay competitive with a highly educated and skilled work force and address family based backlogs also.

In a nutshell, this bill allows USCIS to manage their workflow more effectively, which provides better customer service, and will eventually lead to better turn-around times.
To Democrats: More people will be able to get their citizenship in reasonable times.
To Republicans: Companies will be able to attract more talent which improves economic performance."
(3) As usual Do NOT get into the CIR issue or illegal Immigration. If the aide is confusing with CIR or illegal immigration, just tell them that these are legal immigration bills.

My MTR is still pending with USCIS since 6 weeks. I sent form 7001 to Ombudsman office and got a one line reply that 'your case problem request is currently being processed'
Sent letters and supporting documents to 2 US senators, but i got standard reply from them saying they need 30days to find the status. Office of one senator (NJ) was very helpful but not sure how this helps in resolving my case..
